Hi, I'm Mary! I graduated from The Massage School in Hadley, MA after completing their 750-hour program. I have training in several modalities; some of my favorites that I incorporate into my routine regularly include myofascial release, Thai and sports techniques. I am certified in Prenatal and Reflexology.

Massage has been an incredible instrument for me in learning how to care for myself and has helped me create a greater sense of self-presence. It is my goal to help facilitate this same kind of self-compassion with each client I have the privilege of working with.
